Trade show video and social content, shot on the floor in Las Vegas.

G Media is a Las Vegas crew that works your trade show floor. We film the booth, the crowd, your demos and short interviews with your team, customers and partners, then cut vertical clips the same day for Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn. We are based here, so there is no crew travel to book.

What should an exhibitor capture on the floor?

Most exhibitors fly home with a badge scan export and a few phone photos someone took during a slow hour. Your whole market spent three days in one hall. The content should show it.

How do same-day clips work?

Short clips are cut the same day for Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn, so you can post while the show is still open and people on the floor can find your booth. The recap film follows after the event.

We can post them to your accounts during the show, or hand the edited clips to your team. One short interview becomes a longer cut for YouTube and a handful of vertical clips.

How do you get clean audio in a convention hall?

A convention hall is a large reflective box with a PA, forklifts and a neighboring booth running a demo loop. Room microphones capture all of it.

We put one microphone on each person, inches from the mouth, and record every source separately. A noisy channel can then be fixed instead of thrown away.

What needs to be planned before load-in?

Las Vegas venues have rules that are easier to meet three weeks out than on the morning of the show.

Order power

Power to the booth is ordered in advance, not on setup day.

Confirm load-in

Your load-in window, and whether the venue requires union labor for setup.

Check the walls

Hard wall or pipe and drape. Pipe and drape moves, and it shows in every wide shot.

Book the interviews

Ask your top customers and partners for 20 minutes at a set time. Booked interviews beat walk-ups.

Do you also cover the rest of the event?

Yes. Corporate and convention production covers multi-camera filming, speaker and executive interviews, booth and brand activation content, live streaming setup and a post-event recap video. Galas, launches and private events are on the event coverage page.

What happens after the show?

The footage keeps working for months. Cut into short vertical pieces and released over the following weeks, one show feeds your feed, your sales team and next year's booth plan.

Social media management covers the posting, the captions, the comments and a monthly report, so the clips do not sit in a folder.

Which shows has G Media worked with?

G Media's show clients include CrimeCon and NAMB National 2026, at Caesars Palace on October 17 and 18. G Media holds a 5.0 rating on Google across 25 reviews as of September 2026. Older reviews use our legal name, Galindo Media.

Want a podcast booth at the show?

We can also build a podcast booth inside your space: two chairs, two cameras, a microphone on each person and a producer running it, in roughly a 10 by 10 corner. Speakers, sponsors and customers sit down for short recorded conversations. See mobile podcast production or our studio.
