AWS re:Invent 2026 · The Venetian and other Strip venues

AWS re:Invent 2026 video and podcast booth in Las Vegas.

AWS re:Invent spreads across several Strip properties, with the Expo at the Venetian. Partners and sponsors spend the week running between sessions, meetings and parties. A local crew that can move with you, and a podcast booth that stays put, turns that week into a quarter of technical content.

Ideas

What to film at AWS re:Invent.

  • Short explainers with your solutions architects, one problem per video
  • Customer conversations recorded as podcast episodes
  • Demo footage from the Expo booth
  • Event and party coverage for your partner and customer events
  • A recap reel your sales team can send after the show
Planning

Before you get to the floor.

  • The campus is spread out. Plan a home base for the podcast booth and move the camera crew, not the guests.
  • Developers want substance. Keep each clip to one technical point and let the engineer talk.
  • Book your customer and partner interviews before the week starts. Calendars fill fast.
Or skip the floor noise
