Med spas and aesthetic practicesG Media runs social media for med spas and aesthetic practices in Las Vegas. Our crew comes to your practice and films short vertical videos of your providers, your treatments and your space. Then we edit, caption, post and answer comments. Patient consent is settled before anyone is filmed.
People decide whether to book a consultation long before they see a result. What earns that booking on Instagram and TikTok is the place, the people and the process. Start with everything that does not involve a patient.
None of this touches consent or advertising rules, so it can start posting while the paperwork for patient content gets sorted.
Every patient who appears on camera signs a release first. In writing, before the camera rolls, every time. That release is separate from the treatment consent form.
We ask practices to keep two documents. A general media release covers a patient appearing in facility or testimonial footage. A separate before and after release names the specific use: which platforms, whether the face is shown, and for how long. A signature on one does not cover the other.
This is how we run a shoot. It is not legal advice, and your own counsel has the final word on your forms.
Paid ads get stricter review than organic posts. Meta restricts ads that imply a negative body image or a guaranteed personal health outcome, and before and after pairs are a common reason an ad gets rejected. TikTok and Google Ads apply similar limits on medical and cosmetic claims.
The split that keeps most practices out of trouble: process, education and staff-led videos go into paid ads. Literal before and after pairs stay on the website gallery and the organic feed. We run paid campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok, and we check current policy before each one instead of assuming last year's approved ad still qualifies.
Consent and the shot list are locked before anyone sets up a camera.
Signed releases are on file for every patient who will appear, matched to the planned use.
One for non-patient content, one for patient content. Written the night before.
Treatment room time is blocked separately from filming time. Patient care is never rushed for a camera.
Vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Footage is backed up the same day, before any editing begins.
The footage becomes your calendar. We plan the month, edit the clips, write the captions and publish to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook. We handle comments and DMs and send a monthly report on what is growing.
Nothing posts before you approve it. All of it runs on one social media management retainer.
We have created content for Center for Aesthetic Medicine and Sundara Clinic. G Media holds a 5.0 rating on Google across 25 reviews as of September 2026. Older reviews use our legal name, Galindo Media.
They are pleasant, take initiative, consistent, and really understand our brand aesthetic.

If your providers like talking treatments through at length, a video podcast turns one recording into a long episode and a batch of short clips for the feed. See our studio.

The same crew runs social media for a short list of industries we know well.
Yes. G Media films at your practice anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley: facility walkthroughs, staff introductions, treatment explainers and provider Q and A, framed vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
Yes, every time, in writing, before the camera rolls. A media release is separate from the treatment consent form. We ask practices to keep a general media release and a separate before and after release that names the platforms, whether the face is shown, and how long the content can be used.
It is risky. Meta restricts ads that imply a negative body image or a guaranteed personal health outcome, and before and after pairs are a common reason for rejection. Most practices run process, education and staff-led videos as paid ads, and keep before and after pairs on the website gallery and the organic feed.
Yes. A team member who appears in marketing video signs a media release, even if they are only introducing themselves or explaining a treatment. Keep it on file the same way you keep a patient release.
A single filming day that covers the facility, the staff and a few provider interviews is usually enough to post consistently for a month or more once it is edited into shorter clips.
Yes. Social media management is a monthly retainer that covers strategy and a content calendar, filming, editing, captions, posting to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook, comment and DM handling, and a monthly report.
