Where AI actually helps a local business
Most businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need the phone and the inbox answered faster, fewer leads falling through the cracks and less time spent copying information from one place to another. That is where we put AI to work.
What we build
AI lead follow-up
When a lead fills out a form, sends a DM or misses you on the phone, they get a reply within minutes, written in your voice, that answers their question and asks the next one. If they do not respond, a short follow-up sequence goes out over the next days. You see every conversation and can step in at any time. More detail on our AI lead follow-up page.
An AI assistant for your inbox
An assistant that reads incoming email, sorts it, and drafts replies for you to approve, using your past answers, your prices and your policies. It can flag the messages that need you personally, like a refund request or an unhappy customer, and keep a list of who is still waiting on a reply. Nothing is sent without your approval unless you decide it should be.
Review requests
After a job, a visit or a delivery, the customer gets a short, personal message asking for a Google review, with a direct link. The system tracks who was asked so nobody gets asked twice.
Custom AI tools
Small tools built around how your business runs: turning call notes into a quote draft, summarizing a long recording into show notes and clips, pulling weekly numbers into one short report, or answering the questions your team asks every day from your own documents.
How we work
- Find the leaks. We look at where leads come in, how long they wait for an answer and where your team loses the most time.
- Start with one workflow. Usually lead follow-up, because it pays for itself fastest. We build it, test it on real messages and adjust the tone with you.
- Add the next one. Inbox drafts, review requests, reporting, one at a time, each with a clear before and after.
Guardrails we build in
- A person approves anything sensitive: prices, refunds, cancellations, complaints and anything legal or medical.
- The AI works from your approved information, not from guesses.
- Customers who ask for a human get one.
- Texts follow opt-in and opt-out rules, and every message is logged.
We use it ourselves
G Media runs on the same kind of automations we set up for clients: lead follow-up, drafted email replies, a daily list of people still waiting on an answer, and reporting that pulls itself together. We only sell what we have lived with.
Questions people ask
What is AI automation for a small business?
Using AI tools to handle repeat tasks, like replying to new leads, drafting email answers, asking for reviews and summarizing information, inside the software you already use, with a person in control of what goes out.
Will the AI talk to my customers without me knowing?
Only in the ways you approve. Most setups start with drafts that a person sends. Where instant replies make sense, like a first response to a new lead, every message is logged and you can take over the conversation at any time.
What software does it work with?
Most setups connect to what you already have: your email, website forms, CRM, calendar, phone system and social inboxes. We tell you up front if something cannot be connected.
Is my customer data safe?
We keep access to what each workflow needs, use business accounts with proper permissions, and do not feed your customer data into public tools for training.
Where should we start?
Lead follow-up. It is the fastest to set up and the easiest to measure, because you can see how quickly leads get answered before and after.
