Before you get to the floor.

  • SEMA halls are loud. We put a microphone on each person instead of relying on a camera mic.
  • Crowds peak midday. Film the clean build shots early, before the aisles fill.
  • If a creator is visiting your booth, book a podcast slot in advance. Their audience is part of the reason you are there.

Builders who want a sit-down conversation without the hall noise can record in our studio before or after the show. We have four video podcast sets at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, with a producer running cameras, mics and lights.

SEMA Show 2026 is at Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas. G Media is based at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, so our crew and gear come from across town, not from out of state.

How much does a podcast booth at SEMA Show cost?

Our convention podcast booth is $750 an hour with a 3-hour minimum. That covers the multi-camera setup, audio, lighting and a producer running it in your space. Video and photo coverage are quoted to your schedule before any deposit.

Can you post clips while the show is still running?

Yes. Same-day social clips are part of our event coverage. We can post them to your accounts or hand the edited files to your team, and the recap video follows after the show.

Can you film our build outside the booth?

We can film anywhere you are allowed to be. Outdoor and hall-to-hall shots depend on the show's rules for each area, so we plan them with you before the show.
