Before you get to the floor.
- Appointments are booked ahead at IMEX, so build the filming schedule around them. Ask a few buyers in advance if they will sit for a short recorded conversation.
- Mandalay Bay is a big building. If you want a podcast booth inside your stand, plan its corner and power with your stand builder before move-in.
- Planners love proof. Footage of your team running a real session or tasting is worth more than a logo loop on a screen.

If your leadership is in town for IMEX and wants a sit-down episode away from the noise, our studio on South Durango is a short drive west of the Strip. We have four video podcast sets at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, with a producer running cameras, mics and lights.

IMEX America 2026 is at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. G Media is based at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, so our crew and gear come from across town, not from out of state.
How much does a podcast booth at IMEX America cost?
Our convention podcast booth is $750 an hour with a 3-hour minimum. That covers the multi-camera setup, audio, lighting and a producer running it in your space. Video and photo coverage are quoted to your schedule before any deposit.
Can you post clips while the show is still running?
Yes. Same-day social clips are part of our event coverage. We can post them to your accounts or hand the edited files to your team, and the recap video follows after the show.
Is IMEX America only for hotels and destinations?
No. The floor also includes event technology, agencies and suppliers. Anyone selling to meeting and incentive planners can use video from the show, from a venue tour to a product demo.
