Restaurants and hospitality

Social media content and marketing for Las Vegas restaurants.

G Media runs social media for restaurants, bars and hospitality venues in Las Vegas. Our crew comes to you before service and films a month of short vertical food and team videos in one block. Then we edit, caption and post them through the month, and handle the comments and DMs.

How do you film a restaurant without disrupting service?

The mistake is filming during service. The fix is batching. One shoot block on a slow morning, before doors open, covers a month of content.

Pre-list the dishes

Eight to twelve items, ranked by margin and by what you want to sell more of. Not the whole menu.

One table by a window

Natural light, a clean surface and a second angle from overhead. We move the food to the light.

Action, not stills

Every dish gets a pour, a pull, a cut or a plate-down. Then five seconds of hands, flame and garnish.

Two or three talking clips

Whoever is comfortable on camera answers real customer questions.

A morning like that typically yields twenty to thirty usable clips. That is four to six weeks of posting.

What should a Las Vegas restaurant post, and how often?

A Las Vegas restaurant works two audiences at once. Locals in Summerlin, Henderson and Spring Valley search by neighborhood and by craving. Visitors search by distance from a hotel or a convention hall, usually within an hour of eating.

Three to five posts a week is enough if the content is right. We build the week from four types of video.

Captions carry what the video cannot: the dish name, the neighborhood and the hours. That text is also what Google and AI search tools read when someone asks where to eat near them.

Who handles the posting after the shoot?

We can. Social media management is a monthly retainer that covers strategy, content creation, scheduling, community management and reporting. The monthly shoot feeds the calendar, we answer the comments and DMs, and your team stays on the floor.

We also run paid ads on Meta, Google and TikTok when a new menu or a special needs more reach. If you already have someone posting, we hand over the edited clips and they schedule them.

Can you cover an opening, a tasting or a private event?

Yes. Event coverage is multi-camera video with a photographer in the room. You get a highlight recap film, event photos and same-day short clips you can post while the night is still going. Details are on the event coverage page.

Which hospitality brands work with G Media?

The Venetian Poker Room is on our client list. G Media holds a 5.0 rating on Google across 25 reviews as of September 2026. Older reviews use our legal name, Galindo Media.

Want a podcast too?

A chef or an owner with stories to tell can turn them into a video podcast: a long episode for YouTube and a stack of short clips for the feed. See our studio.

Who else does G Media make content for in Las Vegas?

The same crew runs social media for a short list of industries we know well.

Frequently asked questions.

Do we have to close the restaurant to film?

No. G Media films restaurants in one shoot block of two to four hours on a slow morning, before doors open. Service is never interrupted for a camera.

How much content comes out of one restaurant shoot?

A batch morning built around eight to twelve dishes typically yields twenty to thirty usable clips. That is four to six weeks of posting at three to five posts a week.

How often should a restaurant film new content?

Once a month works for most restaurants. One batch shoot covers the month, and new specials or seasonal dishes are added at the next shoot.

Can you post the content and answer comments for us?

Yes. Social media management is a monthly retainer that covers strategy, content creation, scheduling, community management and DM handling, and a monthly report. You can also take the edited clips and post them yourself.

Do you shoot food photography as well as video?

Yes. G Media shoots brand, product and event photography alongside video, so menu photos and short video can come from the same shoot block.

Do you film restaurants on the Strip and in the suburbs?

Yes. G Media serves the whole Las Vegas Valley, including the Strip, Downtown, Summerlin, Henderson and North Las Vegas.

How do we get started?
