How fast do listing photos and video come back?
Photos come back fast, typically within 24 hours. Standard packages are delivered overnight and are ready the next morning, so the listing hits the MLS while interest is highest.
Cinematic video runs a 2 to 4 day edit. Photos from the same shoot still arrive within 24 hours. If you have a harder deadline, text it to us and we will tell you whether we can hit it.
How should the home be prepared before the crew arrives?
The most common cause of a delayed listing is not the editor. It is a house that was not ready when the crew arrived.
- Book the shoot for the day after the home is staged and cleaned, not the same morning
- Every light in the house works and is switched on
- Lockbox code and gate access confirmed the day before
- Twilight is a short window at the end of the day and it does not wait. Be ready before it starts
If the home is not cleaned, staged or lit at the scheduled time and we have to come back, a revisit fee applies. We would rather shoot it right the first time.
Who posts it after the shoot?
We can. Social media management is a monthly retainer: a content calendar, editing, captions, posting, comments and DMs, and a monthly report. Your listings and your market feed the calendar, and you stay on camera for the parts only you can say.
We also run paid ads on Meta, Google and TikTok when a listing or an open house needs more reach.

Who owns the photos and video?
You get a full marketing license on all deliverables for the duration of the listing. Use them on the MLS, brokerage websites, Zillow, Realtor.com and your own social accounts.
Can the agent appear on camera?
Yes, and for your social feed it is the content that matters most. An agent on-camera intro segment is part of the full cinematic listing production and can be added to any shoot. Mention it when you book.
