Headshots from a video crew
G Media is a video production company first. We say that plainly because it matters when you pick a photographer: our crew lights faces for camera every day, in four built studio sets, and that is exactly what a good headshot needs. Photography is not our main business, but headshots and team photos are something we do well and do often, usually alongside video.
If you need a full-time portrait studio with dozens of backdrops, there are specialists for that. If you want clean, consistent photos of your people that match your website, your LinkedIn and the videos you post, we are a good fit.
Two ways to book it
In our studio
Individuals and small groups come to us at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, off Flamingo and Durango with parking on site. The sets are already lit for camera, so the session is about you, not about waiting for equipment. Many clients pair it with a podcast or interview recording the same visit.
At your office
For teams, we come to you. We set up in a conference room or an open corner of the office and bring people through one at a time, so the whole team ends up with photos that match: same light, same framing, same edit. That consistency is what makes a team page look like one company.
Who books headshots with us
- Real estate teams and brokerages. New agents need a photo for the MLS, the brokerage site and their own social. We shoot headshots for new agents at Reign TC, along with their videos and podcast.
- Professional offices. Law firms, clinics, lenders and consultants who need a team page that looks current.
- Founders and personal brands. One strong photo for speaking bios, press and LinkedIn, often shot on the same day as a content session.
Where the photos go next
Headshots usually end up on three places: your website About page, LinkedIn, and your Google Business Profile. Because we also build websites and run social media, we size and deliver the files for each one so nobody has to crop them later. If you want motion too, a 30 second team intro or a short interview filmed while the lights are up is the easiest video you will ever make.

Teams across the valley
We photograph teams in Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Summerlin, North Las Vegas and Henderson. Downtown Summerlin is about 9 minutes from the studio, and Green Valley Ranch is about 23 minutes. Henderson offices have their own page: headshots in Henderson.

Where are headshots taken?
In our studio at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, in southwest Las Vegas, or at your office if you are photographing a team. For office sessions we bring the lights to you and set up in a conference room or open space.
Can you photograph our whole team in one visit?
Yes. We set up once and bring people through one at a time, so nobody is away from their desk for long. Send us the headcount and the address and we will plan the day.
Do you also film while you are there?
Often, yes. Video is our main work, so many teams add a short interview, a team intro or office b-roll on the same day for their website and LinkedIn.
How are the photos delivered?
Edited, in an online gallery, sized for LinkedIn, your website and print. You own the files.
How much do headshots cost?
We quote headshot sessions by headcount and location rather than publishing one price, because a single agent in the studio and a 40-person office day are different jobs. Send the details and you get the number before you book.
What should we wear?
Solid colors, nothing with small patterns or large logos. Bring a second top if you want two looks. We send a short prep note when you book.
