Quick answer · Updated

Looking for an event photographer in Las Vegas? G Media photographs conferences, conventions, galas and company events across the Las Vegas Valley at $175 per hour, and the same crew can add video at $250 per hour. You get an edited gallery you can use on your website, social media and press materials.

Serving Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley and Enterprise from 4160 S Durango Dr. Related: event video and photo, convention video, podcast booth, show calendar.

Photo and video from one crew

Most events need both: photos for the press release, the sponsor deck and LinkedIn, and video for the recap and next year's promotion. Booking them separately means two vendors, two contacts on site and two edits that never quite match. We send one crew that covers both, with one plan built from your run of show.

To be clear about what we are: G Media is a video production company, and event photography is something we add to the coverage, not our main business. Most of our event clients book video first and add a photographer for the hours that matter most.

Questions people ask

What does event photography cost in Las Vegas?

At G Media event photography is $175 per hour and videography is $250 per hour, booked by the hour or as a package for the full event. The total depends on how many hours and how many people you want on site.

Can one crew do both photo and video?

Yes. That is how most of our event clients book. One plan, one invoice, one contact on site, and the photos and the recap video match.

Which Las Vegas venues do you work at?

Convention centers and resort ballrooms on and off the Strip, company offices, community centers and private venues. Our crew is local, so there are no travel days to pay for.

What do we get back?

An edited gallery you can download and share, plus the right to use the photos on your website, social media and press materials.

Do you photograph conventions and trade show booths?

Yes. Booth photos, speaker sessions, awards and networking. We can add a podcast booth on the show floor if you want interviews too.

Is photography your main service?

No, video is. We say that plainly. Photography is something our crew does well at events, and most clients book it alongside video.
