Two ways to use the studio
Rent a set by the hour
Bring your own camera, your own crew or just your phone and a tripod. Our studio rooms are $149 per hour, the same rate as our Peerspace listings. You get the set, the furniture and the finishes; you run the shoot.
Book a producer-run session
Do not have a crew? Book a session with one of our producers on the cameras, mics and lights. For podcasts, your first fully edited episode is $149 for about 90 minutes, and the edit is included. For video and photo shoots run by our crew, see video production (videography is $250 per hour).
The four sets
Two studios, four sets, one address. Studio 1 holds the Interview Den and the Glow Lounge. Studio 2 holds the High Roller and the Cozy Corner. Pick the one that fits your shoot and book a studio session.

What people shoot here
- Talking-head and interview video for YouTube, courses and LinkedIn.
- Video podcasts. See the podcast studio for producer-run sessions.
- Headshots and brand photos. See headshots if you want us to shoot them.
- Product content on the High Roller desk or the Glow Lounge table. See product photography.
- Creator content. A different look for every video without leaving the building.
Is this the right kind of studio for you?
Honestly, it depends on the shoot. If you need a large white cyc wall, a drive-in stage or a grip package, a soundstage is the better fit. If you need a finished room that looks good on camera from the moment you walk in, our sets are built for that. Our guide video studio rental in Las Vegas compares the options, and podcast studio rental by the hour explains what hourly rooms usually include.

Questions people ask
Can I rent a set without your crew?
Yes. Our studio rooms are $149 per hour, the same rate we list on Peerspace. Bring your own camera and crew, or ask us to add a producer.
What is the difference between renting a room and a producer-run session?
A room rental is the space and the set for your own crew. A producer-run podcast session includes our producer on cameras, mics and lights and a fully edited episode; your first one is $149 for about 90 minutes.
Is it good for photo shoots and headshots?
Yes. The sets are built rooms with real furniture and finishes, and they work for headshots, product photos, brand photos and talking-head video.
When is the studio open?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, with parking on site.
Can I see it first?
Yes. Free 20 minute tours, booked online.
Do you have a green screen or a cyclorama?
No. Our sets are real built rooms. If you need a cyc wall, a soundstage is the better choice. If you need a space that looks like an office, a lounge or an interview set, that is what we have.
