Reign TC: an AI-powered CRM that runs every file.
Reign TC is a Las Vegas transaction coordination company. We built their own CRM, the Reign Vault, their AI assistant and their website, and we film their videos.
Before, every file ran through one shared inbox, and file status lived in an outside platform they could not write to.
Our strategy
1. The Reign Vault, their own CRM
Live since April 23, 2026. Every file, its dates and checklist, 71 agent profiles and a new-file form in one place. 22 templates build each checklist on their own. Agents start new files from the new reigntc.com, first deployed March 27.
AI automation
2. AI assistant and automation
An AI assistant answered 1,123 team requests in September 2026, with a median first reply of 46 seconds. Background jobs filed 1,149 documents from Gmail, filled in 1,195 file fields and drafted follow-ups for a person to send.
AI lead follow-up
3. Whiteboard videos and a podcast
We filmed the May, June and July whiteboard videos, and the next shoot is on September 29. Podcast Episode 1 runs 68 minutes, and the next session is booked in our Studio 2 on October 6. We also shoot headshots for new agents.
