Henderson eats close to home
Most Henderson diners are locals, not tourists, and they eat in a few clusters. The District at Green Valley Ranch puts patios and storefronts along a walkable street. The Water Street District downtown, around Henderson City Hall, has its own bars and restaurants. Lake Las Vegas has its waterfront village on the far east side. On hockey nights, the crowd heading to a Henderson Silver Knights game at Lee's Family Forum is looking for somewhere to eat before or after.
Each cluster has its own moment. A District patio sells at golden hour, a Water Street bar sells on a Friday night, a lakeside brunch sells on a Sunday morning. We film for the moment your customers are deciding.
Our studio and office are at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, Las Vegas, NV 89147, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Typical drive times from the studio without traffic (OpenStreetMap routing):
- The District at Green Valley Ranch: about 24 minutes (17.5 miles)
- Lee's Family Forum: about 25 minutes (17.8 miles)
- Water Street District: about 32 minutes (23.4 miles)
- Lake Las Vegas: about 47 minutes (25.5 miles)
How a Henderson shoot day runs
- Pick the plates. Eight to twelve dishes and drinks, chosen for margin and for what you want to sell more of.
- Find the light. A patio table or a window seat, before service, while the room is quiet.
- Film the action. Pours, sizzles, cuts and plate-downs, plus your chef or bartender saying one line about each.
- Post on a schedule. Three to five posts a week, tagged to Henderson and your neighborhood, timed for the hour before people choose dinner.
Events and game nights
If you run trivia, live music, watch parties for Golden Knights or Silver Knights games, or a weekend brunch, those nights are content too. We film them as events, with guests' consent, and cut recaps that sell the next one. See event video in Henderson.
