Summerlin's dining is our neighborhood
Summerlin is the closest part of town to our studio. Downtown Summerlin, the open-air district around Festival Plaza Drive, is about 9 minutes away. Tivoli Village and Boca Park are about 7. That changes what a restaurant can ask for. We can come back for a new menu item on short notice, film a chef's special on the day it launches, or shoot a brunch one weekend and a happy hour the next.
Who is eating in Summerlin
- Game crowds. Las Vegas Aviators fans at Las Vegas Ballpark and Golden Knights fans at City National Arena, both in Downtown Summerlin, looking for a table before or after.
- Red Rock visitors. Hikers and climbers coming back from Red Rock Canyon, about 20 minutes west of our studio, ready for a late breakfast.
- Locals on a weeknight. Families and couples from The Ridges, the Summerlin villages and Sun City Summerlin, who choose by what they saw on their phone that afternoon.
Each audience gets a different video. Game day gets a quick "before the first pitch" clip, Red Rock morning gets a brunch spread, a Tuesday gets the chef talking about one dish.
Our studio and office are at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, Las Vegas, NV 89147, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Typical drive times from the studio without traffic (OpenStreetMap routing):
- Tivoli Village and Boca Park: about 7 minutes (3.2 miles)

- Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center: about 20 minutes (11.1 miles)
The shoot
One block of two to four hours on a slow morning, before doors open. We pre-list eight to twelve plates and drinks, film each one in motion near a window or on the patio, and record a few short lines from whoever is comfortable on camera. That usually covers four to six weeks of posts.
After the shoot
- Vertical videos captioned and posted three to five times a week
- Posts tagged to your location and to Summerlin, timed before lunch and dinner decisions
- Fresh photos on your Google Business Profile so map searches show today's menu
- Comments and messages answered, including reservation questions
We do not have a Summerlin restaurant case study yet and will not invent one. See the method on our restaurant page and what we have done for other clients on our work page. Hosting a podcast or a chef series? Our studio near Summerlin is a short drive away.
Questions people ask
How quickly can you come back for a new dish?
We are about 9 minutes from Downtown Summerlin, so a short follow-up shoot is easy to fit in. We schedule it when you book, and it is billed at our hourly rate.
Do you film on game days?
Yes. Pre-game and post-game content for Aviators and Golden Knights crowds works well, filmed before the rush.
Can we film at our location before opening?
Yes. That is how we film most restaurants: one block before doors open.
Do you post and answer messages?
Yes. Editing, captions, posting, and comment and message handling are part of a monthly plan.
What does it cost?
Videography is $250 per hour, and monthly social plans are priced to what you need. You get an exact number before you commit.
