Shooting Henderson's neighborhoods
Henderson listings vary a lot from one side of the city to the other, and the shoot should follow the home's selling point.
- Green Valley and Green Valley Ranch. Established homes where updates sell the listing. Detail photos ($75) on the kitchen and baths earn their keep here.
- Anthem, MacDonald Ranch and Seven Hills. Hillside lots with valley and Strip views. Twilight photos and drone show what a ground photo cannot.
- Inspirada and Cadence. Newer master-planned communities with parks, trails and amenity centers. Aerials put the home next to the amenities buyers are paying for.
- Lake Las Vegas. Waterfront and golf homes where the setting is the story. These usually justify the Day and Night video or the full Cinematic package.
