Where drone earns its place
- Listings. The lot, the backyard, the pool, the view and how close the home is to parks and mountains. Buyers scroll past a front-door photo; they stop for the aerial.
- Landscaping and home services. A finished backyard reads best from above. We film crews in stages and use the drone for the reveal, the way we do for NV Landscapes. More on home services video.
- Events and brand films. An establishing shot of the venue or the crowd. See event video and photo.
Las Vegas airspace, honestly
Las Vegas is not an easy place to fly. Harry Reid International sits next to the Strip, Nellis Air Force Base borders North Las Vegas, and Henderson and North Las Vegas each have their own airport. On top of that, some HOAs, golf communities and resorts set their own rules. We check every address before the shoot. If a location cannot be flown, we tell you up front and plan the shoot without it, instead of finding out on the day.

Questions people ask
What does drone photography cost in Las Vegas?
For a listing, drone-only is $199 for aerial photos and video with no ground shoot, and the Deluxe Photo Package ($255 up to 3,000 sqft) already includes aerial photos. For events, job sites and brand videos, drone is part of the videography rate of $250 per hour rather than a separate line.
Can you fly a drone anywhere in Las Vegas?
No. Parts of the valley near Harry Reid International, Henderson Executive Airport, North Las Vegas Airport and Nellis have flight restrictions, and some HOAs and venues have their own rules. We check the location before the shoot and tell you if a spot cannot be flown.
Is your pilot licensed?
Our drone work is flown by an FAA-licensed pilot. Ask us for the certificate if your venue or client requires it.
Do you do drone for things other than real estate?
Yes. Landscaping and turf installs, construction progress, events and brand films. Drone is one camera among several on those shoots.
What do we receive?
Edited aerial photos and video clips sized for the MLS, your website and social media. Aerial footage is cut into the main video or delivered on its own.
Do you cover Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas?
Yes, the whole Las Vegas Valley. Our crew is based at 4160 S Durango Dr in southwest Las Vegas.
