Events are the story. Most of them are never told.
A community group spends months planning a walk, a fundraiser or a festival, and the day is over in a few hours. Without footage, the sponsors never see what they paid for, the volunteers never see what they built and next year's attendees never hear about it. A recap posted after the event does all three.
Veterans Social Club
Veterans Social Club brings Las Vegas veterans together through events, sports and service. We have worked with them since 2025. We film their events, from clay shoots and softball nights to the annual 22 Walk, record podcast sessions, and post the recaps with every sponsor and partner tagged. Between May 9 and September 26, 2026 their five G Media reels drew 3,301 Instagram views.
Community events for public agencies
We filmed the Blanket Fort event recap for Clark County: the event cut into a short film the county could share. Public bodies can read more on our public agency video page.
What we make for nonprofits, HOAs and community groups
- Event recaps. One recap film plus short clips, with sponsors thanked by name.
- Event photos. For the newsletter, the website and the sponsor report. See event photography.
- Member and volunteer stories. Why people show up, told by them.
- A podcast. Recorded in our studio with members and partners.
- Posting. Each recap posted with every partner tagged. See social media management.
Master-planned community associations such as Mountain's Edge are also on our client list. Festivals, park events and holiday markets follow the same plan: film the day, thank the people who made it happen, and post it while people still remember being there.
Questions people ask
Do you work with nonprofits and community groups?
Yes. We have worked with Veterans Social Club since 2025, filming their events, recording podcast sessions and posting recaps with every sponsor tagged. We also filmed the Blanket Fort event recap for Clark County.
What content helps a nonprofit most?
Event recaps that thank sponsors and volunteers by name, short member stories, and a clear ask. Recaps posted soon after the event also help sell next year's sponsorships.
Do you tag sponsors and partners?
Yes. Each Veterans Social Club recap goes out with the venue, sponsors and organizers tagged, which gives every partner something to share.
Can you film HOA and community association events?
Yes. Festivals, park openings and community events across the valley. Event video is $250 per hour and event photography is $175 per hour.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Our published rates are the same for everyone. We plan the coverage around your budget and tell you the exact number before you commit.
Can members tell their story on camera?
Yes, with their consent. We keep it simple: one question, a quiet spot, and they say it in their own words.
