Clark County: community events, on film.
Clark County, Nevada hires G Media to film its community events and cut recap videos that County teams can share.
Since March 2025 we have filmed more than a dozen County events, from Shoes That Fit and Motor Mania to A Holiday to Remember. In 2026 alone that included a ballfield opening to a teacher appreciation day and a Latino cultural festival. The biggest was the Great Las Vegas Fort Build on May 16, 2026, which set the Guinness World Record for the largest blanket fort.

How a County event shoot runs
- Purchase order firstThe County issues a purchase order against a written quote, and we invoice against it.
- A crew that covers both sidesOn bigger days, two videographers: one on the stage and speakers, one on the crowd, the vendors and the partners.
- Cuts for the comms teamA recap in horizontal and vertical versions, short clips for news media when asked, and the raw footage when the County wants it.
- Back for the next oneCounty events repeat every year, so we keep each year on file and film the next one the same way.
