Borrowers pick a person, not a rate sheet
Most people talk to a lender because someone they trust sent them: an agent, a friend, a video they kept seeing. Loan officers who explain the process on camera, in plain language, become that trusted name before the first call. Video also keeps a lender in front of the agents who send them business.
Lending clients we work with

- G Lending. Their team records a podcast in our studio and we edit the episodes. We have also shot loan officer headshots and direct-to-camera sessions for them.
- RCG Home Loans. We made talking-head videos: short, single-topic answers filmed in a sit-down format.
- National Association of Mortgage Brokers. At NAMB National 2026 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, we ran a mobile podcast studio on the show floor on October 17 and 18, recording conversations with people across the mortgage industry.
What we make for lenders
- Question videos. One borrower question per video, under a minute, captioned.
- A lender podcast. Guests from real estate, title, insurance and building, recorded in our podcast studio.
- Agent co-marketing. Short videos with your referral partners that both of you can post.
- Headshots and team photos. For the website, LinkedIn and your Google profile. See headshots.
- Event content. A podcast booth or recap crew at your conference. See mobile podcast booth.
Compliance stays with you
Mortgage advertising has rules about rates, terms and claims, and they are yours to apply. We build scripts with you, leave out numbers you have not approved, add your NMLS details where your compliance team requires them, and nothing posts until you sign off on the final cut.
After the video
Leads from video only matter if someone answers them. We can route calls, forms and DMs into AI lead follow-up so no borrower waits, and build a site that explains your loan programs clearly. See website design.
Questions people ask
Do you work with mortgage brokers and loan officers?
Yes. G Lending records its podcast in our studio and books headshots and on-camera sessions with us, we made talking-head videos for RCG Home Loans, and we ran a mobile podcast studio for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers at NAMB National 2026.
What should a loan officer post?
Plain answers to the questions borrowers ask: how much to put down, what a rate lock is, what happens between offer and closing. One question per short video, with your face on it.
Can you keep the content compliant?
You and your compliance team decide what can be said. We script with you, keep rate quotes and promises out unless you supply approved wording, and you approve every cut before it posts.
Do you film co-marketing with real estate agents?
Yes. Agent and lender conversations are one of the easiest formats to record in our podcast studio, and we already film for many Las Vegas agents.
What does it cost?
Studio podcast sessions start at $149 for the first edited episode, videography is $250 per hour, and monthly plans are priced to what you need.
Can you record at a mortgage conference?
Yes. Our mobile podcast booth is $750 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, and we brought it to Caesars Palace for NAMB National 2026.
