Two kinds of Summerlin patient
Summerlin has a large retired population, much of it in Sun City Summerlin, and a younger crowd of families around Downtown Summerlin and the newer villages to the west. Their questions differ. Older patients want to understand implants, dentures, crowns and what a procedure will feel like. Families want to know about cleanings, sealants and how you handle a nervous six-year-old. A practice that answers both on video, in plain language, earns trust before the first visit.
Explainers for bigger treatments
Larger treatments get researched for weeks. A short series where the dentist walks through each step, with models or diagrams instead of patient footage, answers questions that a brochure cannot. We keep outcome promises out and you approve every cut.
- Implants, bridges and dentures compared, one video each
- What a crown appointment involves, start to finish
- Sedation options and how you handle anxiety
- Payment plans and insurance, said by your front desk
Close to the studio
We are about 9 minutes from Downtown Summerlin. Some practices film the clinical walk-throughs on site and record a longer conversation, like a monthly "ask the dentist" podcast, in our studio.
Our studio and office are at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, Las Vegas, NV 89147, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Typical drive times from the studio without traffic (OpenStreetMap routing):
- Summerlin Hospital on Town Center Drive: about 12 minutes (5.8 miles)
- Downtown Summerlin: about 9 minutes (4.6 miles)
- Sun City Summerlin: about 16 minutes (8.7 miles)
- Boca Park: about 7 minutes (3.2 miles)
Our healthcare and dental work
All Out Dental is among the practices we have worked with. For the Center for Aesthetic Medicine we film content days at the practice and record podcast sessions in our studio; 23 podcast clips came from 2 content days. Patient releases are always collected in writing, separate from treatment consent.

Questions people ask
Can you film treatment explainers without patients?
Yes. The dentist explains each step with models, diagrams or a team member in the chair. Real patients appear only with a signed release.
Do you make content for older patients?
Yes. Longer, calmer explainers on implants, dentures and crowns work well for Sun City Summerlin patients, and they also share well with adult children who help them decide.
Can our dentist record a podcast?
Yes. Our studio is about 9 minutes from Downtown Summerlin. Sessions start at $149 for the first edited episode.
How long does an office shoot take?
Usually one block of two to three hours, before or after patients.
What does it cost?
Videography is $250 per hour, and monthly plans are priced to what you need. You get an exact number before you commit.
