When an air conditioner quits in July or a yard needs redoing, North Las Vegas homeowners search on a phone and call one of the first three businesses on the map. Local search agencies have built entire pages around this market for a reason. Reviews and photos decide who gets the call, and a profile full of real job video looks very different from one with five stock photos.
Summer, crews and filming
Summer in the north valley is brutal, and it is also peak season for HVAC, pool and shade work. We film early in the morning when crews start, keep shoots short and stay out of the way. Landscaping and turf jobs are easier to film in spring and fall, when the before and after look their best.
Where we film
- Aliante and the north end. Newer homes and HOA streets around Aliante and its Nature Discovery Park, where yard upgrades are common.
- Craig Ranch and Centennial. Subdivisions along Centennial Parkway and near Craig Ranch Regional Park.
- Older neighborhoods. Homes near Downtown North Las Vegas and Losee Road, where repairs and replacements drive the work.
Our studio and office are at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, Las Vegas, NV 89147, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Typical drive times from the studio without traffic (OpenStreetMap routing):
- Downtown North Las Vegas: about 18 minutes (12.7 miles)
- Craig Ranch Regional Park: about 26 minutes (16.7 miles)
- Aliante Nature Discovery Park: about 26 minutes (18.1 miles)
- Centennial Parkway: about 30 minutes (21.4 miles)
Drone flights near the airports
North Las Vegas Airport sits on the west side of the city and Nellis Air Force Base is on its northeast edge, so many neighborhoods are inside controlled or restricted airspace. We check every address before a flight and shoot from a pole when flying is not allowed.
Spanish for the crew and the customer
Many North Las Vegas crews and customers speak Spanish. Short clips of your lead explaining the job in Spanish, with captions in both languages, reach homeowners an English-only feed misses. We built a 76-page bilingual site for Casa Sunflower Cleaning.

Both. Repairs and installs film well as short how-it-works clips, and the tech explaining the problem is the best content you have.
Can you fly a drone in North Las Vegas?
Many areas sit near North Las Vegas Airport or Nellis Air Force Base, so we check each address and get any required authorization first. If a site cannot be flown, we use a pole camera.
Can the videos be in Spanish?
Yes, when your crew speaks it on camera. We caption in both languages.
