What drives the price of a listing shoot?
Three things move the number more than anything else.
- Square footage. Bigger homes mean more rooms to light and shoot. That is why the Deluxe package steps from $255 to $285 at 3,000 sq ft.
- Motion. Video takes longer on site and a 2 to 4 day edit, so it is priced separately from photos.
- Time of day. Twilight means a second visit in the evening, which is why it is its own line.
A home that is cleaned, staged and lit when the photographer arrives keeps the price where it is. A return trip adds the $75 revisiting fee.
How fast do listing photos come back?
Photos typically come back within 24 hours, and standard packages are usually delivered overnight, ready the next morning so the listing hits MLS while the lead pipeline is hottest. Cinematic video runs a 2 to 4 day edit turnaround; the photos from the same shoot still arrive within about 24 hours. If you have a hard deadline, text it to us when you book.

- Condo or starter home going on MLS fast: Just Photos ($175).
